Biotech Workforce Development Program Manager
We are seeking an organized and dynamic Program Manager to oversee all aspects of our Biotech Workforce Development program (‘Break into Biotech’). This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly manage recruitment, curriculum development, participant engagement and training, and partnership coordination while nurturing strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Laboratory Technician
The Laboratory Technician plays a key role in ensuring Genspace meets its mission effectively and with thrifty use of resources. They are responsible for lab/office operations and supporting all Genspace STEAM training program activities. This person should have exceptional organizational skills and an interest in designing, implementing, and improving systems to support programming for a multi-dimensional organization.
