How to book an event on the Genspace calendar

Step 1. Look at the Genspace calendar for available times

Step 2. Make a calendar invite for the time you plan to use the lab, please label your event as: name, # of benches you will use, and any instruments you want to use: e.g. Jehovani 1Bench-PCR Hood- Autoclave

Step 3. Invite Genspaceny@gmail.com as a guest

Step 4. Enjoy your lab time!

Event Labeling System:

• V Virtual - anyone may use the space

• L Lab Intensive/Design - 1-2 individual members may use the space if necessary, but should consider finding an alternative time; Community Projects should not meet in the lab

• CF Community Project Friendly - anyone may use the space

• O Offsite - anyone may use the space
